REEDO DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS

1. SCOPE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

• These Delivery and Return Terms apply to services or digital service packages purchased by users through the reedo platform.
• The user is deemed to have accepted these terms by performing service usage or digital service package purchase.
• Reedo reserves the right to change these terms by giving prior notice; changes are published at www.reedo.net and come into effect.

2. DIGITAL SERVICE PACKAGE PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND USE

• Digital service packages purchased through the platform are defined to the user account after payment confirmation and become immediately available.
• Since services are provided in digital environment, no physical delivery is made.
• If the service activation is started immediately with user consent, the right of withdrawal may not be valid under Law No. 6502.
• This service provides AI-supported digital image production rights. It does not require physical delivery, it is activated digitally after purchase.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

• The user can cancel the order before purchasing the digital service package.
• After the digital service package is delivered and usage begins, cancellation or refund cannot be made.
• Reedo has the right to cancel orders in case of suspicious transactions or fraud detection.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

• Consumers can use the right of withdrawal within 14 days from order confirmation in digital content and services if not used at all, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
• However, if the user has given explicit consent for the service to start immediately, the right of withdrawal may not be valid.
• To use the right of withdrawal, the user must make a written notification through www.reedo.net or by sending an email to reta@retaproje.com.
• If the right of withdrawal is used, the cost of unused credits is refunded; proportional deduction is made for partially used services.
• Refund transactions are processed within 14 days through the payment method.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

In the following cases, refund / withdrawal right cannot be used:

• Credit being used completely or partially,
• Digital transactions started with user consent,
• Special campaign or discounted credit sales,
• Service loss due to user error.

6. REFUND PROCESS

• When the refund request is approved, reedo initiates the refund process.
• Refunds are made through the same channel as the user's payment method.
• Due to banking processes, refund transactions may take 2-3 business days.
• If there are any transaction fees or bank commissions, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

• Turkish Republic laws apply to disputes regarding these provisions.
• Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes between parties.
