REEDO DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement aims to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the BUYER's use of Reedo services (such as purchasing digital service packages, API access, image enhancement, etc.) through the digital platform at www.reedo.net.

3. NATURE AND DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE

• Digital service packages purchased through Reedo are automatically defined to the BUYER's account after payment confirmation.
• The service is provided entirely in digital environment; no physical delivery is made.
• If the service is started immediately with the explicit consent of the BUYER, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
• The provision of the service is considered to have started from the moment system access is provided.

4. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT

• The BUYER pays the service fee with the payment method selected when purchasing the digital service package.
• Prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) and all taxes are included.
• Reedo has the right to change its pricing policy by giving prior notice.
• Payments are made through secure virtual POS or third-party infrastructures; reedo does not store payment information.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Due to the delivery of the service in electronic environment, the BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal if the performance of the service has started, in accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502.
• The right of withdrawal is valid for unused image production rights within 14 days from the order date.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to reta@retaproje.com.
• In case of using the right of withdrawal, only unused image production rights are refunded; fees for used rights are not refunded.
• Approved refund requests are processed within 14 days through the same payment method.

6. USE OF THE SERVICE AND LIABILITY

• The BUYER accepts to use the service only within the framework of legal limits and ethical rules.
• AI-supported outputs provided by Reedo are advisory and predictive in nature; no accuracy guarantee is given.
• The BUYER assumes all legal responsibility arising from the use of the outputs obtained.
• Reedo does not guarantee that the service will work uninterruptedly or without errors.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• The Reedo platform, interface, software, algorithms, models and brand belong to Reedo.
• The BUYER has only personal use rights over the outputs obtained from the platform; cannot make commercial resale or distribution.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction or manipulation of the platform is illegal.
• Reedo does not guarantee the originality or copyright compliance of images created by artificial intelligence.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

• In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, power outages, communication failures or legal regulation changes, the service may be temporarily suspended.
• Reedo cannot be held responsible in such cases.

9. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

• This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes between the parties.

10. EFFECTIVENESS

• The BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement in the electronic environment by purchasing services through the reedo platform.
• The agreement enters into force at the time of approval.
