1. INTRODUCTION

As Reedo, we value user privacy.

This text explains for what purposes personal data is processed, stored, and user rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Types of data processed:

• Identity (name-surname)
• Contact (email)
• Technical (IP, device information)
• Transaction records and uploaded images

Purposes: providing the service, improving user experience, fulfilling legal obligations.

3. DATA TRANSFER

• Personal data is transferred to business partners, payment infrastructures, or legal authorities only when necessary.
• Data transfer abroad is carried out in accordance with KVKK and international data protection principles.
• All payments are securely processed through iyzico infrastructure and are used solely for digital service purchases.

3.1 GOOGLE API SERVICES USAGE

Reedo uses the following Google API services to provide its services:

• Google Maps JavaScript API & Maps Static API: Used for map display, area selection, and satellite image processing.
• Google Places API: Used for location search and address suggestions.
• Google Geocoding API: Used for coordinate and address conversions.
• Google Generative Language API (Gemini): Used for AI-based image generation and processing.

When using these APIs:

• Location coordinates you select are transmitted to Google servers.
• Selected area images on the map are used for AI processing.
• Search queries and location information are temporarily processed.

4. USE OF COOKIES

• Cookies may be used on reedo.net site to improve user experience.
• Users can manage cookie preferences from browser settings.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

• Personal data is stored only during the service period.
• Uploaded images are deleted or anonymized after the process is completed.
• Data is protected in encrypted form on secure servers.

6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Users have the following rights under KVKK Article 11:

• Learning whether their data is processed,
• Requesting correction or deletion,
• Learning the parties to whom data is transferred
