REEDO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These Terms of Service and Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") govern the terms of use of the digital service called Reedo Platform ("Platform"), user obligations, and data processing principles.

By accessing the Platform, the user accepts these terms.

2. SERVICE DEFINITION

Reedo is an online visual processing service that analyzes, enhances, edits, and reproduces user-uploaded images in different aesthetic formats using artificial intelligence algorithms.

The Platform offers features such as visual enhancement, detail enhancement, composition editing, prompt-based creative transformation, and API access to users.

3. REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP

Creating a user account may be required to benefit from some features of the Platform.

The user is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information. In case of providing false information, Reedo reserves the right to suspend or delete the account.

4. TERMS OF USE

The user agrees to use the Platform only in accordance with applicable laws.

Prohibited actions:

• Uploading images without permission that you do not own the copyright to
• Producing illegal, obscene, or offensive content
• Violating system security or reverse engineering

In case of violation, Reedo has the right to suspend or close the user account.

5. FEES AND VISUAL PRODUCTION RIGHTS SYSTEM

• Reedo has a visual production rights-based usage system. Each transaction consumes a certain amount of visual production rights.
• Digital service package purchases are non-refundable. Price changes are announced at www.reedo.net.
• Payments are made through secure third-party infrastructures; payment data is not stored by Reedo.
• Users obtain a specific number of AI-based visual production rights within the scope of the digital service packages they purchase. These rights are not electronic money or digital wallet in nature.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Software, design, algorithms, and data structures belonging to Reedo are protected by copyright.
• The user may use the outputs obtained only for personal or permitted commercial purposes.
• All rights to uploaded images belong to the user.

7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

• User data is processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
• Processing purposes: providing the service, improving system performance, enhancing user experience.
• Data collected: name-surname, email, IP information, transaction records, and uploaded images.
• The user may request deletion of their data.

8. DATA SECURITY

• Reedo implements SSL, secure servers, and access restriction measures to protect data.
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account and password.

9. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LIMITATIONS

• Artificial intelligence outputs created by Reedo are generated using statistical modeling techniques.
• Therefore, no guarantee is given regarding the accuracy of generated images or that they do not contain copyright infringement.
• The user assumes full responsibility when using the outputs.

10. SERVICE SUSPENSION AND CHANGES

Reedo may temporarily suspend or modify the service in cases of technical maintenance, updates, or legal requirements.

11. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

• The user can delete their account at any time.
• Reedo may unilaterally close the account in case of rule violations or security risks.
• Remaining credits are not refunded upon termination.

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

The service is provided "as is". Reedo cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages.

13. CHANGES AND UPDATES

• Reedo may change these agreement terms at any time.
• The current version becomes effective when published at www.reedo.net.

14. DISPUTES AND COMPETENT COURT

• This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• In case of disputes, Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.

15. EFFECTIVENESS

By accessing the Platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
